Kohanaiki is a private club community on the Kona Coast of Hawai‘i, blending luxury living with a deep connection to land, sea, and culture.
The creative challenge here was to capture the beauty of the property in a way that felt more intimate and human, moving beyond static architecture into something more lived in and alive.

Anchored by Kohanaiki’s tagline, Home Happens Here, our team embraced the idea of “Home” as a feeling.
We captured this campaign through first-person moments that reveal the property’s many dimensions, from quiet rituals to vibrant community life.
As Art Director, I led our team in establishing a visual language that prioritized natural light, movement, and authentic moments, guiding on set decisions to capture imagery that felt genuine and connected.
This was about presence, and letting each frame carry its own weight.
